For tooling manufacture we always select the supplier most skilled to match a specific requirement. This can be via the in-house capabilities of the factory to be used for mass production, or can be in partnership with one of our specialist toolmakers. AiSiS will provide you with an all inclusive quotation based on your projected volume requirements. This includes tooling, parts, and all post production machining & finishing.
Adding Value Through Engineering and Quality
A large quantity of manufacturing based in China is via our in-house team of engineers. Chinese and European alike, we make sure that everyone is fully aware of the individual capabilities of every supplier. We allocate a single-point of contact engineer to a manufacturing project from day one, making sure customer requirements are understood by the supplier and are achievable.
ISO-certification
Upon customers’ request, AiSiS will provide quotations only from ISO-certified suppliers. Normally, large scale manufacturers are ISO 9000 or 9001 certified. ISO-certification is not so common among small and medium sized factories which is where the hands on involvement where in-house quality team works in tandem with the supplier to ensure customer quality requirements are met.
