This has been a long standing business partnership with a plastic injection moulding factory in ShenZhen, and with 12 machines ranging between 80-250 tonnes we manufacture the vast majority of our customer’s parts in-house.

In addition to our own in-house capabilities a close relationship with a network of reliable regional suppliers. These long-term relationships give us access to a wide range of capabilities, including:
- Plastic Injection Moulding up to 650 tonnes.
- Tool Manufacture (up to a size of 2metres by 2metres).
- False Double Injection (2 separate tools)
- Established network of European based plastic injection moulding consultants and material compounders.
Materials Experience
Extensive supplier network provides access to Plastic Injection Moulding machines up to 650 Tonnes. Plastic Injection Moulding expertise includes experience of materials such as, but not limited to:
ABS, PP, PC, HDPP, SAN, PMMA, PA66, TPE & SEBS.
