Die Casting Capacity 
We can supply both grvavity and high pressure die castings, depending on requirement. The die casting capacity in our supplier networks ranges from 100 to 1,650 tonne machines. Tools can be manufactured up to a size of 2 metres by 2 metres.
Sand Casting
Sand casting offers a smaller investment cost in terms of initial tooling, but conversely requires a higher per unit parts price compared to die-casting. Sand casting is suitable for parts with tough requirements on wear and tear, but without any critical cosmetic requirements. It is also a process which tends to be extremely cost efficient in China.
