FREE Computer Aided Design (CAD), Enginering Design, FEA & Product Development/Design
In return for supply of component(s) or other mutually beneficial relationship - we'll be pleased to discuss any requirment or proposal. Primarily, we would like to engage manufacturers or component suppliers as a design (CAD & CAE) front end in a risk free manner for longer term business relations, adding value to your products and supply chain. This service may be used for 'one off' bespoke parts, to low or high volume production, for:
- CNC components
- Castings, including: High Pressure Die Casting (HPDC), Gravity, Investment and Sand.
- Extrusions
- Plastic Injection Moulding
- Sheet Metal
How does it work? 
Tell us as much information as possible about your requirement including any 3D or 2D drawings. If necessary, 3D model(s) will be produced for quotation. We will then contact our preferred partners in the UK or Asia (depending on requirement) to produce a quotation for you. If you like the quotation and would like to place an order, we will then complete any CAD and engineering design (and in some cases FEA) necessary helping you develop your products and reduce the cost of manufacturing. The quotation is what you'll pay. No hidden extras and risk free.
Extra Value
If your parts requires optimisation via the use of CAE (FEA) further reducing the cost of manufacturing, enhancing product quality and durability, then this may be included in the quotation or supplied separately. Likewise, we may also assist with your marketing or branding via the creation of web content such as static graphics or animations. Both FEA and Web Design may be supplied as a FREE added value extra making sure you get the best possible result.
